Same Day Service

Same Day Service is only available Monday -Friday. This service is not guaranteed , if we are unable to provide same day service you will be notified.Order must be placed before 3 PM EDT . You will receive your order the same day by 8 PM EDT Monday - Friday Only. If order for Same Day Service is made after 3 Pm EDT or on Saturday or Sunday your order will be delivered the next business day by 8 PM EDT

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

 

Corrections & Pronunciation

We like to keep it simple. if you need corrections let us know. We guarantee to make all corrections in 1 Business Day.  Revisions or changes are not corrections . Corrections will be made only due to a mistake on our part including pronunciation. If we are unsure about your pronunciation we will ask for a recording of the name, this may also delay your order. Avoid delays and upload files that will help understand your project and pronunciations.

 

Refund Policy

DJ Drops By Wigman will issue a full or partial refunds for all digital products only after we have been given the opportunity to correct the issue that would require a refund. 

A Full Refund Will be Made For All Orders Not Delivered By The 3 Business Day Delivery Guarantee. All orders are tracked and  considered delivered by the information provided by our tracking methods. Proof of delivery can be provided. delivery is when we send your purchase to the email used at check out/ time of purchase.

Our Business Days & Customer Service

The studios of DJ Drops By Wigman are open Monday - Friday 12 PM to 8 PM EDT, these are our business days. You can expect customer service only during these days and times. request for customer service outside these posted days & hours will be answered the next business day. 

Back Up Your Files

DJ Drops By Wigman does not save project files or link to files. Treat your purchases from DJ Drops By Wigman just like you would your music. Back Up Your Files. We will not be responsible for lost purchases.

Revisions

Revisions will only be permitted on orders that include mistakes/errors that may have occured during the production process. DJ Drops By Wigman resserves the right to deny any/all revision requests that do not fit within our revisions policy guidelines.Creative revicions are not accepted after order delivery. Some creative revision may be accepted if the request is made before the order reached the production process.DJ Drops By Wigman reserves the right to deny any/all creative requests made prior to the creative process.

 

Delivery Of Digital Purchases

All Digital Purchases MP3's are delivered to the email used at the time of purchase. All purchases will be delivered with in 3 Business Days  By 8 PM EDT. Delivered will be considered the the date & time we send your order. This information is stored in our records and is varified by confirmation email from the service we use to send you order. We will not be responsible for delayed order due to added revisons , corrections or changes in email after the order is placed.
